Lately, gym freak is back in action. Hahaha..
Spent at least about 10-12 hours of classes at gym every week. 1 day no go, butt itchy. haha..
'My Current Schedule'
Mon: Pump in the morning and Steps at night
Tues: Zumba in the morning and Run at night
Wed: Balance and Ab Fab at night
Thurs: Rest/Balance/Run
Fri: Pump in the morning and Dance at night
Sat: 2 step class in the afternoon
Sun: Balance, Aerobics and Steps in the afternoon
Trying to start training for my running in end May as well and knee recovering though not fully. Now, managed to run at least 4km without much pain. Previously, I took about 17 mins++ to run 2km and today I managed to take about 15 mins to complete 2km.
Well, if I have the stamina and consistent enough, I would be able to finish 10km in 75 mins BUT of course, it would be impossible with my knee condition and my current stamina. Just hope it would be slightly better than previous timing.
This morning, went for 1st time 'SPINNING' class and it's level 2 'Fly Wheels Hills'. Sweat so much till I can squeeze sweat out of my shirt. hahaha... It was FUN except that now, butt pain pain... = ( Good training for stamina and nice way to sweat it out though.
