Time really flies. One more week to go and it will be my 'ADIDAS Sundown 10km Run'. I didn't really train much coz of my poor 'rusty' knees. My fault for not treating it well. Haha.
Today, I tried doing a 10km in the GYM but could not make it coz my knee starts to pain again. I had to give it a rest after 1 hour on the treadmill.
Today's timing:-
5km: 46mins 12secs
6km: 55mins 10secs
6.5km: 1 hour
Well, at least I can make it past 5km this time though walk a lot in between. Got stamina but no good knees... Previously got good knees but no stamina. Guess nothing's perfect...
No GYM on the last 3 days... REST... REST... REST... to charge up for the run on 30May2009.
