Pink Ribbon 5km Results

Wanted to run the 5km within 30 mins but failed this round. = (

1st 2.5km :17:23
2nd 2.5km :17:24
5km :34:48:00

Gotta work harder next round... when my knees are fully recovered. It's getting better each day... after doing more balance and pilates classes. Plus taking my 'glucosamine'. This morning, I could run 5km on a treadmill without feeling pain, which is a good sign. = )

Next run is on 1st Nov 2009.
