This is the day which happends once in a lifetime. You will get another 080808 maybe only after 1000 years in year 3008. = )

Today, I had one HELL of the time at work... so stressed up and still have to work on the 'TW' project... my colleague and I got arrowed to do the stuff... anyway, I'm soooo very glad, it's weekend again and looking forward to next Wed... can go back to KL for a long break.

Today's also the Beijing Olympic 2008 Opening Ceremony. Everyone rushed back to watch but I left office late... so not in time... anyway, my hommies both watching different shows on TV, one busy chasing Korean series and another watching 'Ghost Whisperer'... so I end up online here, blogging. Hahaha..

It's just WEDNESDAY...

Today's dance class cancelled... coz a lot cannot make it... = ((

No gym this morning, no dance tonight... BUT end up eating heavy dinner with hommie.

Today mood also not very good... some people just drive me CRAZY... must keep myself at zen.. zen.. zen... haha.. later end up zZz...

*** I think every time I do certain things... then sure some things will happen... I'm not sure if it's just coincidence or it's just destined and cannot be avoided... That's life I guess... Next time, I just don't simply say or do things...

Chicken Wing Arms = ((

Today Body Pump instructor said we all have 'CHICKEN WING' arms when doing our triceps push-ups... so = (((... must work extra hard to get 'STRONG' arms... and hopefully can do proper triceps push-ups... No wan 'CHICKEN WING' arms!! = p

No Turning Back...

Just registered for my JLPT- Japanese Language Proficiency Test - Level 4 today. So, there's no turning back for me but just to study and pass the exam. Hahaha... Mrs. 166... let's do it together! With the power of your 166 & Vit-C... =))

I didn't know the registration was quite cheap... about SGD35.00. I wonder how much is it back in MY... must check it out with my Jap kaki back in KL. So 'kan-cheong'... it's only about 4 months away... My exam is gonna be on Sun, 7 December 2008. Gambatte!!

Guinness 9 Ball Tour

Last weekend, Guinness had a 9 ball tour at Novena Square. It was pretty interesting... but I did not go watch the event. I just dropped by to watch the function they have... for public to challenge their 2 Guinness ladies... and some pro showing their skills of pool-tricks and game.

If NOK is in Spore, her hands would be itch-ing and she would sure want to challenge them. The 2 gals were good. Actually they are trying their best to let the opponents win... haha.. they always make sure that the balls were right in front of the holes for their opponents... but some of them still missed the shots... guess it takes some skills and practises. I like to play but I'm no good at it... haha... good at shooting the white ball in the hole. = p

KFC Variety Meal

Few days ago, I went to KFC with my housemate for dinner. We ate the Variety Meal which is under promotional price $5.95 with usual price $9.70. It tasted quite good for the price but I wonder why it looks so much different from the picture in the advertisement compared to what I've eaten... Haha.. maybe my photography skills suck that's why... My hommie said this is not available back in Msia.. not sure bout this... will check it out when I'm back in Aug.. = )

Last weekend was like just yesterday...

Time really flies...

Last weekend was like just yesterday. Before you realize it, another week just passed and it's weekend again. And as usual the best part, which is the weekend always passes very quickly, double the speed of weekdays. hahaha...

Last weekend was a packed one for me.... tiring but it was a really GOOD one.

It started out with FRI nite, I went for the SG flyer for free due to our 'IT-Nite'. It's like the 'The Eye of Malaysia' but I never even went for a ride there, just took some pictures. If you ask me to pay and go for the ride, I don't think I would... coz it's SGD29.90 for 30 mins ride and there's nothing much to see...


After the ride, my colleagues and I went for a Durian X-pedition. We went to eat durian at 'Four Seasons' famous for it's 'Mao Shan Wang' (some durian grade... like D24, etc... dun ask me how to differentiate coz I only know how to eat durian.. haha...) BUT it was damn X-pensive ok... the 2 durians costed SGD80++... and it was not that good. I was shocked to hear the price...

Then, we headed to another place in Geylang... it was much better... but I still think it's expensive... That night, we ate about 5 big durians and costed about SGD100++... I think with the same amount of $$$ can eat lots of durians in MY. Hahaha... But it was FUN. Anyway, no more durians for me now... Enough for the time being...

That night, after durian... reached home almost midnight... My bro came to SG that night... so we end up sleeping around 1am++... The next morning, I had to wake up at 6am... to go for the South Ridge Walk... I almost fainted... My bro supposed to join us but could not wake up at all. Hahaha... The walk was pretty fun. We took about 3-4 hours strolling slowly, taking pictures and ate breakfast along the way... It was about 9km walk with interesting sights... We walk through a few different trails... i.e. henderson waves, alexander arch, faber walk, forest walk, floral walk and hort park. I wanted to do some tanning of my uneven tone shoulders/arms that day but there was no sun the whole morning... how disappointing...

Basically, I was out from morning 6am++ till mignight that day.... I went Jap class in the afternoon... After that, I met up with my bro and some friends for dinner before heading to this 'Night Festival' function at the National museum. It was quite an interesting event with the light installation of the museum and we get to visit the museum for free... My camera battery was flat by then... so not much pix taken... = )) My bro had fun as well...
