LOW BATT...
I think I exercised too much and don't have enough sleep... Gonna take 1 full day rest tomorrow and stay away from exercise. Have been feeling a bit sleepy at work. RE-CHARGE my BATT!!
This morning I ran about 4.8km in about 40 minutes on the treadmill non-stop. I noticed that I can run better in gym... I wonder why?!? When I run outside, I tend to stop after 10-15 mins and I'm quite short of breath. Think I better train more and get used to running outside... without the treadmill's momentum and the hot and humid weather. Will try again this weekend... hopefully don't get lazy...
Last night, I went to Kallang public pool to swim with a friend. I really love the place coz it's quite empty with very few people at night. I'm getting my friend, who used to be a lifeguard before to teach me the correct techniques of swimming. My frogstyle now is better with the correct kicking but my freestyle still sucks when I do my breathing... Need LOTS of practise.
Today is my last lesson of WALTZ and I think I almost break my legs dancing for about almost 3 hours non-stop. Teacher keep stressing on the foot work, techniques and body posture. It's easy to learn the dance steps BUT it's not easy to dance beautifully and gracefully with the correct techniques, poise and posture. Hopefully, one day can dance as graceful as teacher...

Shopaholic in Action
Today I had a big shopping spree...
Skipped GYM today and went out shopping with my housemate. Planned to buy sports bra and a pair of black heels that I have KIV-ed since last week. My hommie got the UOB card so I can get extra 10% discount on top of the existing 10%. Haha... BUT end up buying more...
- Sports BRA (got what I wanted)
- Black shoe - no more size so got the white one...but end up buying 2 extra pair... (looking bit guilty... ^~^)
- A singlet top
- 2 NEO Change robot for my nephews * something like transformer...keke..
- Mina No Nihongo books and Jap dictionaries (the most expensive of all...)
That was just one afternoon. Hahaha... Better stop going out shopping during the weekends. Safer to go GYM when there's SALES everywhere. = ))

WALTZ
Lately, I am very into Waltz. Currently, doing a 1 month crash course at a studio recommended by a dancing friend of mine. The teacher is real good and passionate, living to it's studio name - PASSION DANCE STUDIO. The teacher really teach the steps in details and very patience.
From Wikipedia, WALTZ is a ballroom and folk dance in 3/4 beat, performed primarily in closed position.
Waltz is one of the International Standard Ballroom Dance. Viennese Waltz is sort of the fast version of Waltz. This dance is actually a smooth dance travelling down the line of dance and it focuses on the gracefulness of the rise and fall during the dance.

STRONGER
So happy today...
Today's BODY PUMP Class, I am able to do the normal push-ups on toe for at least 10 times though still not very proper. Well, I can't even do 1 time last time. At least, I see some improvement in my arm's strength.
I hope I will be improving more on my CORE and able to do more and better push ups soon...

Women out there... please be careful with your HANDBAGS. Lots of idiotic snatch thief out there. My friend just suffered as a victim in broad daylight at Caltex, Sg Petani, Kedah.

LIFE is short...
I was shocked today when my colleague told me that one of the technical guy in the same project as me just died committing suicide last week. I just saw him alright last week. It's just so sad that he chose to take his own life. Everyone's just shocked and do not really know why he did it...
After that, I heard the news that my friend, Piggy's dad passed away also. All the bad news come at the same time. I guess it's not a good day of the week to start with...
Well, I hope Piggy will hang in there and take it well back there. May your DAD rest in PEACE... and also my fella colleague, though I don't know him that well...
Life's short... there's always Ups and Downs... but Life still have to go on... Sometimes, I feel that we're not only living our LIFE for ourself... I'm sure everyone has a purpose living their LIFE... just that sometimes, some people just don't find their purpose in their LIFE and die in regrets... and some people may just spend their whole LIFE figuring out the purpose when they are already fulfilling the purpose without realizing it...

Accuracy of Death
Had a GREAT long weekend... BUT as usual it just ended so quickly...
GYM GYM GYM.... Shop Shop Shop... Eat Eat Eat... but not enough zZZzzz...
Went to watch "Accuracy of Death" today. I think the real name is "Sweet Rain".
I personally quite like the show... not ONLY bcoz of lengchai 'Takeshi' but I find the story quite simple and it does bring a message behind it. Some people may not like it as they find it a bit illogical. Takeshi is pretty funny in that show. He's a Grim Reaper in the show...
After watching the show, it tells you that you should really live your life to the fullest... like there's no tomorrow as you never know when you will be dying... and you may never get the second chance to pass your death and live a little longer...
So, start living your day like there's no tomorrow so that there's no regrets when you die...

NOT a satistying RUN 2day..
Sat morning -> went East Coast to run early morning. It was really a disappointing run. My condition was bad and the run was terrible. Think coz I ate something before the run and after running, got really bad STITCH... PLUS the weather was damn HOT... got bit tanned after that. Will need to try again next week. My friend kept saying that my attire is not suitable and I should get some dri-fit clothings. I really don't think so... I think even if I got the right attire, I don't have such great stamina. Really had a rushing day today. After the run, company friend go shop shop awhile, then rushed back home. Almost late for JAP class... haha... After dinner, rush to dance practise at the dance studio.... Well, after all the rush and getting all exhausted, at least I had FUN...

PASSION
This evening, went to a dance studio named Passion for ballroom dance class. It was recommended by my friend's friend. There were four of us altogether. We had a great evening attending our 1st WALTZ lessons. The instructors, a couple taught us the dance and they are really patient and attentive. No wonder the name, Passion. Hehe.. Well, the dance seems easy by looking at it BUT doing it is totally another thing. Had a tough time trying to control our bodies, movement, coordinations of the arms, legs and feet. I guess will need LOTS of practise.
Today's Timing... Better Progress
Today I got a better timing on my training.
I ran for 5km within 43 minutes non stop BUT got bit de-hydrated today till almost got sorethroat... coz I forgot to bring my water bottle. Hahaha...
I think my stamina is getting better coz I don't feel that tired compared to the 1st time running. Last time I can't even really run past 1km on the treadmill without feeling very tired. This Sat, plan to go East Coast to try out the route. Hopefully this time I will wake up on time.
Target for this Sat is to run 10km. Time is really running out... I'm only left 2 more weeks excluding this weekend. Pray that I don't get sick and be real fit for my run. = >

SWIM... SWIM... SWIM...
It's been ages since I last go swimming and I can't recall when was the last time. Think maybe about 2 years back?!? Think since after I did rebonding and colouring quite some time back.
Anyway, it's GREAT going back to the pool. Trying to learn the correct swimming techniques from my friend. Hahah.. usually I just simply swim. Can float, can move and won't drown BUT cannot move that fast and with lousy stamina.
So, actually all the while I have been kicking wrongly while doing breast stroke a.k.a. frog style and the way I turn for air while doing freestyle. Need lots of practise to get it right. Lucky, this time no rain... so no jinx... keke...
Only one thing to regret... after swim, hair feels like wire... too much chlorine (can't remember the spelling)... lately think i over-washed my hair coz going to gym too often. Hope my head won't start balding... eek...

Forget Paris
This afternoon went to Movie Lunch organized by our HR for Fantastic Fringe Fri.
Today's movie is "Forget Paris" and lunch is Nasi Lemak. Haha... eating lunch in the dark while watching the movie which lasted for about 1 1/2 hour.
This movie is great. If you guys have not watched it, go watch it. It's a love story which is also a comedy. It very much focus on love after marriage. I think the whole movie is pretty realistic. That's how LIFE is after marriage. Not so much of lovey dovey during courtship and both parties just have to contribute and compromise to work out the relationship.
The actor, Billy Crystal is there is damn funny. If you need a laugh, check out this movie. = )

I think it's really a JINX...cannot go swimming one... always plan plan plan wan go swimming but always cancel... 2nd time dy... 1st time almost reach then it started to rain with thunder... today, suddenly friend SMS and said AV... * sigh... will try one more time next week...
Lucky, this time smart. Brought my gym stuff together. Plan II - go practise running in gym. BUT bad idea to choose the branch at BUGIS. End up buying a handbag.. haha.. $$$ fly again. Well, at least I like the bag and had been eyeing it for quite some time but never on SALE till now. I like it coz big enough, can put files, slim laptops and should be able to fit some gym stuff.
It's like buying a 3-in-1 handbag. keke..
Today got a bit of progress at GYM... Ran for about 7.34km in 65 mins. Still need to work harder. Tomorrow plan to go for Collin's Body Pump class, hopefully can wake up. Butt and legs bit aching after all the running... Need YOKO YOKO.. haha.

Beauty & the Beast
Argghhh... so tempted to see this Musical... but that means I have to go back to KL again. Why can't this be in AUG?!? Long time no watch musical dy... the last one was 'Sound of Music'. Heard from my friend.. that day they were casting for li'l teapot... and the pay was quite good. Should have ask my nephews go for audition. kekeke... Or maybe I could go audition for the candle holder. hahha.. Now wanna look for kaki to go watch...
Nihongo No Tesuto Wa ii desu = )
Got my 1st sem Jap exam paper back today. So happy that I got a '99' but this first sem's one is easier. 2nd sem lessons seems to be getting harder. So many vocab to remember and have to start remember which group they belong to and also to remember the dictionary form. Getting bit BLUR now... wonder if it's really a good idea to take JLPT4 this year with partly self study. Maybe I should think twice coz I will be on long hols before the Finals.

Ran for about 45 mins for the distance of 4.87km and keep slowing down to walk. Ran till out of breath... Can't imagine I have to do 3 times the distance non stop and I have to run at a faster pace. Today the average speed is about 10 mins per km, and that would take about 2 1/2 hour to complete 15km. I would need to speed up at least 10 mins per 1.25km so that I can at least complete the 15km in 2 hours. I REALLY... REALLY... need more training... else I might end up fainting halfway throughout the race or drop dead at the finishing line if I ever reach there...hahaha.. This SAT gonna try to run at least 8km non stop at East Coast. GAM-BA-TE!!
