Today I got a better timing on my training.
I ran for 5km within 43 minutes non stop BUT got bit de-hydrated today till almost got sorethroat... coz I forgot to bring my water bottle. Hahaha...
I think my stamina is getting better coz I don't feel that tired compared to the 1st time running. Last time I can't even really run past 1km on the treadmill without feeling very tired. This Sat, plan to go East Coast to try out the route. Hopefully this time I will wake up on time.
Target for this Sat is to run 10km. Time is really running out... I'm only left 2 more weeks excluding this weekend. Pray that I don't get sick and be real fit for my run. = >
