Just checked my timing for the Shape 10km run.
I took 1hr 21 mins 2 secs to do the 10km run. Not a very good timing but still happy coz I managed to finish the run though my legs are injured. After the run, my knees pain for about 2 weeks. Luckily, now recovered but the knees still not behaving properly... maybe because of the fall. My scars are healing but not clearing. = (
So, this will be the end of running for this year. May join again next year... quite fun. My friend keep persuading me to join the full marathon BUT I don't think is a good idea coz it's 42km. I think I might end up with paralyzed legs later. Hahaha...
