Initially, today planned to go for 3 gym classes: Body Balance, AbFab & Step101 but ended up going for the later 2 instead coz suddenly auntie just come visiting without informing. No wonder these few days bit moody and keep feeling hungry and tired. Hahaha..
The AbFab class was really good... really worked my abs today BUT some of the moves still cannot really do and it's not easy. Really admire how the instructor does it... like with no effort... his abs is so strong. Guess need LOTS of practise... time and hard work.
The Step101 was good but can't really follow. This is the 1st time going to this instructor's class. Gosh, really not like 101... more like 201... seriously, he was doing it so fast with so many turning and changes, a lot of people just can't follow. He does it continuously non-stop and never really show you the steps slowly step by step. BUT if you can follow, the steps and workout is quite good. Felt so damn tired after the class or maybe coz it's my auntie in action...
Tomorrow hopefully still have the energy to go for my Aerobics class. = ))
